Predictable cost
Monthly plans with defined credits replace surprise audit invoices. Rack rates stay published, so you always know what an extra file costs.
RegReady Solutions replaces ad-hoc audits with a structured, subscription-based review of your loan documentation — so exam findings shrink, remediation moves faster, and your compliance spend becomes predictable.

Two business days for L1, five for L2, ten for L3 and L4 — with rush service available at a 25% surcharge.
A weighted exception index tracks quality file over file, so you can show a board — or an examiner — the trend line.
Dr. Catrena Thompson holds a Doctorate in Leadership and Management and brings more than fifteen years of banking operations experience, concentrated in loan documentation accuracy and compliance oversight.
She built the RegReady system after watching the same avoidable findings surface exam after exam — a missing corporate resolution, an expired insurance certificate, a lien recorded in the wrong position. The framework exists to catch those things on a Tuesday in March instead of the morning an examiner arrives.
“Every ‘i’ dotted, every ‘t’ crossed, every examiner satisfied.”
Each level stands alone or builds on the one before it. Start at L1 to get files organized; run L3 when you need substantive regulatory testing; add L4 when findings need to become fixes.
Level 1 lays the foundation for everything that follows. Analysts gather, sort, and digitally organize every required document — promissory notes, loan agreements, collateral records, insurance certificates, title policies, valuation reports of record, and financial statements — against RegReady's standardized checklist. Each item is confirmed present and legible; duplicates and superseded versions are removed. Anything missing lands in a deficiency log for immediate remediation.
Level 2 tests whether the documentation is actually enforceable. Reviewers verify that critical documents are properly executed, dated, and internally aligned — cross-checking signatures, corporate resolutions, loan approvals, and collateral descriptions to confirm the institution's security interest is valid. Insurance coverage, title commitments, and recorded instruments are examined for expiration dates, lien position, and endorsements. Irregularities are logged as major or minor exceptions.
Level 3 is the substantive regulatory and financial analysis. Each file is tested against federal and state regulation, internal lending policy, and examiner expectation. Reviewers validate system data — principal balances, rates, maturities, collateral values — and compare valuation conclusions of record, loan-to-value ratios, environmental reports, and debt-service coverage against policy limits. Particular attention goes to Regulation O, Regulation B, the Flood Disaster Protection Act, and other applicable rules.
Level 4 turns analysis into change. Senior reviewers synthesize findings from Levels 1–3 into a Corrective Action Plan that names the deficiency, its root cause, the regulatory reference, the remediation steps, and a target completion date. At the advisory level we can draft sample policy language, procedural checklists, or staff training outlines — then schedule a follow-up review to validate that the fix actually held.
Every plan discounts against rack totals and never prices above them. Unused credits roll forward one month, capped at 20% of plan credits.
Rollover credits carry forward one month and are capped at 20% of plan credits. Rush orders incur a 25% surcharge, subject to capacity.
Enter the files you review in a typical month. We'll show the smallest plan that covers it and what the same work would cost a la carte.
