Every file examiner-ready. Every month.

RegReady Solutions replaces ad-hoc audits with a structured, subscription-based review of your loan documentation — so exam findings shrink, remediation moves faster, and your compliance spend becomes predictable.

Why RegReady Solutions

Predictable cost

Monthly plans with defined credits replace surprise audit invoices. Rack rates stay published, so you always know what an extra file costs.

Committed turnaround

Two business days for L1, five for L2, ten for L3 and L4 — with rush service available at a 25% surcharge.

Measurable improvement

A weighted exception index tracks quality file over file, so you can show a board — or an examiner — the trend line.

About the founder

The system came from the file room, not a textbook.

Dr. Catrena Thompson holds a Doctorate in Leadership and Management and brings more than fifteen years of banking operations experience, concentrated in loan documentation accuracy and compliance oversight.

She built the RegReady system after watching the same avoidable findings surface exam after exam — a missing corporate resolution, an expired insurance certificate, a lien recorded in the wrong position. The framework exists to catch those things on a Tuesday in March instead of the morning an examiner arrives.

“Every ‘i’ dotted, every ‘t’ crossed, every examiner satisfied.”
The framework

Four review levels, built to stack

Each level stands alone or builds on the one before it. Start at L1 to get files organized; run L3 when you need substantive regulatory testing; add L4 when findings need to become fixes.

File Assembly & Organization

Purpose · Completeness

Level 1 lays the foundation for everything that follows. Analysts gather, sort, and digitally organize every required document — promissory notes, loan agreements, collateral records, insurance certificates, title policies, valuation reports of record, and financial statements — against RegReady's standardized checklist. Each item is confirmed present and legible; duplicates and superseded versions are removed. Anything missing lands in a deficiency log for immediate remediation.

Documentation Verification

Purpose · Proper execution

Level 2 tests whether the documentation is actually enforceable. Reviewers verify that critical documents are properly executed, dated, and internally aligned — cross-checking signatures, corporate resolutions, loan approvals, and collateral descriptions to confirm the institution's security interest is valid. Insurance coverage, title commitments, and recorded instruments are examined for expiration dates, lien position, and endorsements. Irregularities are logged as major or minor exceptions.

Deliverable: Exceptions register Deliverable: Prioritized corrective actions Checks: Signature · resolution · insurance · title Rack: $400 / file SLA: 5 business days

Accuracy & Compliance Testing

Purpose · Regulatory consistency

Level 3 is the substantive regulatory and financial analysis. Each file is tested against federal and state regulation, internal lending policy, and examiner expectation. Reviewers validate system data — principal balances, rates, maturities, collateral values — and compare valuation conclusions of record, loan-to-value ratios, environmental reports, and debt-service coverage against policy limits. Particular attention goes to Regulation O, Regulation B, the Flood Disaster Protection Act, and other applicable rules.

Deliverable: Examiner-style findings matrix Deliverable: Scored compliance summary Deliverable: Weighted exception index Rack: $900 / file SLA: 10 business days

Corrective Action & Advisory

Purpose · Remediation & process

Level 4 turns analysis into change. Senior reviewers synthesize findings from Levels 1–3 into a Corrective Action Plan that names the deficiency, its root cause, the regulatory reference, the remediation steps, and a target completion date. At the advisory level we can draft sample policy language, procedural checklists, or staff training outlines — then schedule a follow-up review to validate that the fix actually held.

TRID insights

TILA-RESPA disclosure testing, line by line

TRID findings are expensive because they compound — a tolerance violation missed at disclosure becomes a cure, a refund, and a repeat finding. We test the whole chain.

Loan Estimate review

Required disclosures, fee descriptions, and delivery within three business days of application.

Closing Disclosure review

Final figures, cash-to-close, and fee tolerances reconciled against the initial Loan Estimate.

Fee tolerance analysis

Fees sorted into 0%, 10%, and unlimited tolerance buckets, with cures applied where required.

Changed circumstances

Documentation validated and revised LEs confirmed issued inside allowable timeframes.

LE / CD comparison

Side-by-side tracking to surface tolerance violations and calculate cure amounts.

Timing requirements

LE at least seven business days before consummation; CD at least three.

Delivery methods

Mail, hand delivery, or electronic — with proper evidence of consumer receipt.

APR & finance charge

Calculations cross-checked for consistency with Regulation Z.

Post-closing corrections

When a post-consummation correction is required, and how to document and notify.

How an engagement runs

From first file to closed finding

1

Volume & scope call

We size your monthly file volume by level and confirm which portfolios are in scope.

2

Secure intake

Files arrive through an encrypted channel with access limited to the assigned reviewer.

3

Review at the contracted level

Work runs against the published SLA with status visible throughout.

4

Deliverables & debrief

Registers, matrices, and CAPs delivered with a management-level walkthrough.

5

Follow-up validation

We re-test remediated files so the fix is documented, not assumed.

Forecasting & terms

Conservative by design

  • Financials modeled at 85% net retention — standard subscription accounting, not optimistic math.
  • Rollover credits capped at 20% of plan credits, carried one month.
  • Subscription pricing never exceeds rack totals — the discount is real, not a rebased list price.
  • Rush service adds 25% and is confirmed against available capacity before you commit.

Scope limitations

RegReady Solutions provides compliance review and advisory services. We do not provide legal advice. Clients remain responsible for legal determinations and for obtaining any valuation services required by regulation.

Compliance FAQ

Before you sign an engagement letter

Yes. Every level is available a la carte at the published rack rate. Most institutions start with a small L1 or L2 batch to see the deliverables, then move to a plan once the volume is clear.
Additional files bill at the overage rate — 110% of rack: $250 for L1, $440 for L2, $990 for L3, and $1,320 for an L4 session. You are never blocked from submitting work; you simply see the overage on that month's invoice.
Unused credits roll forward one month, capped at 20% of your plan credits. The cap keeps the model honest for both sides — it prevents a year of unused capacity from being dumped into a single month we cannot staff.
L3 testing covers applicable federal and state requirements, with particular attention to Regulation O, Regulation B, the Flood Disaster Protection Act, TILA-RESPA integrated disclosure rules, and your own internal lending policy. Scope is confirmed in writing before work begins.
Through an encrypted transfer channel with role-based access and multi-factor authentication. Access is limited to the assigned reviewer, activity is logged, and retention follows the schedule set in your engagement letter.
No. RegReady is a documentation and compliance review function that complements internal audit and works alongside your counsel. We do not provide legal advice.
