Program summary
This page states the complete terms that apply to the text messaging program operated by Crimson Services Group, LLC. It is written to be read in full, but the essential disclosures are collected here.
Messages are sent from 615-994-9244. Message types include replies to your inquiries, appointment scheduling and reminders, notary and closing coordination, title and transaction status updates, and account or service notifications. Messaging frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call 615-994-9244. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, product, or service. See our Privacy Policy.
No mobile information is sold. No mobile information or SMS consent is shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See Section 13 and the Mobile Information section of our Privacy Policy.
1. Agreement to receive SMS messages
By opting in through one of the methods described in Section 3, you agree to receive text messages from Crimson Services Group, LLC at the mobile telephone number you provide, and you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.
Your consent applies only to messages sent by Crimson Services Group, LLC. It is specific to text messaging and is collected separately from any consent you may give for email or telephone calls. We do not obtain your consent from a third party, and we do not treat consent given to another business as consent to message you.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, product, or service. You may use every service we offer, and submit every form on this website, without ever agreeing to receive a text message.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not opt in. If you have already opted in and no longer agree, reply STOP to any message and your enrollment ends.
2. Program identity and operator
So that you always know who is texting you and on whose behalf:
- Program sponsor and message sender: Crimson Services Group, LLC.
- Sending telephone number: 615-994-9244. This is the only number from which our SMS program sends messages.
- Program type: conversational and customer-care messaging tied to a service relationship or an inquiry you initiated. This is not a marketing broadcast program and is not a recurring promotional alert subscription.
- Services covered: real estate brokerage services, mobile notary and signing services, title and escrow coordination, and regulatory compliance consulting.
- Geography: messages are sent to United States mobile numbers only.
Our first message to you will identify Crimson Services Group, LLC by name. If you ever receive a message claiming to be from us from a different number, treat it as suspicious and contact us at 615-994-9244 to verify before responding.
3. How you opt in
We obtain express written consent before sending you a text message, except where you began the conversation yourself. Consent is always affirmative, always specific to SMS, and is never bundled into a broader agreement, never pre-selected, and never inferred from your silence. We use exactly four opt-in methods, described below in full.
3.1 Website consent form
Visit the SMS opt-in section of our consultation form at www.crimsonservicesgroup.com/contact.html#sms-opt-in, enter your mobile number, and actively select the SMS consent checkbox.
- The checkbox is unchecked by default and must be selected by you.
- The checkbox is optional. The form submits successfully without it.
- The checkbox governs text messaging only. It is a standalone control, separate from the form's general contact consent.
- The mobile number field is optional unless you select the SMS checkbox.
- The required disclosures appear in the label text next to the checkbox, on the page, not behind a link or a popup.
The exact consent language shown beside that checkbox is:
“Yes, I consent to receive conversational SMS messages from Crimson Services Group, LLC, sent from 615-994-9244 to the mobile number provided. Messages may include responses to inquiries, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and account or service notifications. Messaging frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for support. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms & Conditions.”
3.2 You text us first
You may simply send the first message to 615-994-9244. When you initiate the conversation, we reply within that conversation. Our first reply identifies us by name and tells you how to stop and how to get help.
3.3 Verbal consent during a call or appointment
If you are speaking with us by telephone or in person — for example while scheduling a signing or discussing a file — we may ask whether you would like updates by text. We read a fixed script, we record your answer and the date and time in our records, and we never accept a vague or implied answer. Marketing and promotional messages are never sent on the basis of verbal consent. The script we read is:
“Would you like to receive text messages from Crimson Services Group about your inquiry, appointments, and file status at this mobile number? Messages come from 615-994-9244. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. This is optional and is not required to work with us. Our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms are at crimsonservicesgroup.com. May I add your number?”
3.4 Written or paper consent
Some clients enroll by signing an intake, engagement, or closing document that contains a separate SMS consent line. That line is a standalone, individually initialed or checked item — never buried in a signature block, never part of a general terms acknowledgement, and never pre-marked. The written consent language is:
“(Optional — initial only if you agree) I consent to receive text messages from Crimson Services Group, LLC at the mobile number written above, including replies to my inquiries, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and transaction or account notifications. Messages are sent from 615-994-9244. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. I may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. I understand this consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any property, product, or service.”
Whichever method you use, you may only provide a mobile number that you are the subscriber of, or the customary user authorized to give consent for. If a number stops being yours, tell us so we can remove it.
4. Proof of consent and records
For every enrolled number we retain a record of consent that includes the mobile number, the opt-in method used, the date and time, the exact disclosure language presented at the moment of consent, and the version of these terms then in effect. Where consent was given in writing, we retain the signed document. Where consent was given verbally, we retain a dated note of the script read and the answer given.
We retain these records for the duration of your enrollment and for at least four years after opt-out, so that we can demonstrate that every message we sent was authorized. You may request a copy of the consent record we hold for your number at any time by contacting us using Section 20.
5. Types of messages you may receive
Messages are conversational and operational. They relate to a service relationship or to an inquiry you initiated. Specifically, they may include:
- Direct replies to a question you asked us by web form, phone, email, or text.
- Appointment scheduling, confirmation, rescheduling, and reminders, including mobile notary and signing appointments.
- Arrival and timing coordination on the day of a signing or closing.
- Document status updates — for example, that a package was received, that a signature is outstanding, or that a recording has been confirmed.
- Title and escrow transaction milestones and coordination with the parties to your file.
- Compliance engagement scheduling and deliverable status for consulting clients.
- Account and service notifications relating to work already underway.
- Customer care responses, and administrative messages such as HELP and STOP confirmations.
Representative examples
These are illustrative of the messages we actually send:
- “Crimson Services Group: Hi Dana, confirming your notary signing Thu 8/21 at 2:00 PM, 118 Oak St, Lebanon TN. Reply C to confirm. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”
- “Crimson Services Group: Your title commitment for 4412 Ridgeway is ready for review. We emailed it to the address on file. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”
- “Crimson Services Group: Thanks for your inquiry. Catrena will call you this afternoon between 1 and 3. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”
Messages that make up part of an active back-and-forth conversation with a person at our office may be shorter and more natural in tone, as any reply in a conversation would be.
6. Message frequency and charges
Messaging frequency may vary. Because this is a conversational and transaction-driven program rather than a scheduled broadcast, the number of messages you receive depends entirely on your own activity — the inquiry you made, the appointments you book, the stage of your file, and how much you write back. A client with no open matter may receive no messages for months. A client in the week of a closing may exchange several messages a day.
Message and data rates may apply. Crimson Services Group, LLC does not charge you a fee for participating in this program. However, your wireless carrier may charge you for each message sent or received, or count messages against your plan allowance, according to the terms of your own mobile plan. Please check with your carrier if you are unsure of your plan's messaging charges. You are solely responsible for any charges your carrier applies.
7. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from us to opt out at any time. No explanation is required and there is no cost to opt out.
We also honor the standard opt-out keywords STOP, STOPALL, END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and REVOKE, in upper or lower case, sent to 615-994-9244. Because carriers process these keywords automatically, they work even if we are not monitoring the line.
After you opt out we will send a single confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed. That message is the last one you will receive from this program unless you opt in again.
You may also revoke consent by any other reasonable means — calling 615-994-9244, emailing catrena@crimsonservicesgroup.com, or telling us in person. We will honor a clearly expressed request to stop texting however it reaches us, and we will not require you to use a specific word or channel. We process opt-outs promptly and in no event later than ten business days after receipt.
Opting out of text messages does not withdraw you from a transaction, does not end our engagement, and does not stop necessary communication by telephone, email, or mail where that communication is required to perform services you have asked us for.
8. Help and support
Reply HELP to any message for help, or send HELP to 615-994-9244. Our automatic reply provides the program name, our contact information, and instructions for opting out.
You can also reach a person directly:
- Telephone: 615-994-9244
- Email: catrena@crimsonservicesgroup.com
- Web: www.crimsonservicesgroup.com
9. Opting back in after you have opted out
If you opt out and later want messages again, you must give consent again. You can do that by texting START or UNSTOP to 615-994-9244, by completing the website consent form again, or by telling us verbally or in writing. We will not re-enroll a number on our own initiative, and we will not treat a later unrelated conversation as a new opt-in.
10. Changed, reassigned, and ported numbers
Please tell us promptly if you give up a mobile number, change carriers in a way that changes your number, or stop being the customary user of a number you gave us. Wireless numbers are regularly reassigned to new subscribers, and we do not want to message someone who never asked to hear from us.
If you receive messages from us at a number that was reassigned to you, reply STOP or contact us and we will remove the number immediately. We periodically check enrolled numbers against reassignment data and remove numbers that appear to have changed hands.
11. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to enroll. You must be the subscriber of the mobile number you provide, or the customary user of that number with authority to consent on the subscriber's behalf. We do not knowingly enroll numbers belonging to children.
12. Carriers, delivery, and availability
Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission of your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed or may fail for reasons outside our control, including network conditions, device settings, coverage gaps, spam filtering, and carrier maintenance.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not parties to these terms and do not endorse this program. The program may not be available on all carriers, devices, or in all locations.
Do not rely on text messaging for urgent, time-critical, or emergency communication. If a matter is urgent, call 615-994-9244. For an emergency, call 911.
13. Privacy and how we treat your mobile data
Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, protect, and share information, and it is incorporated into these terms by reference.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services, such as customer service and message delivery, is permitted. All other categories of use exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell mobile numbers or SMS consent data. We do not rent, trade, or license them. We do not use them to build advertising audiences or to enrich third-party marketing databases.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, full account numbers, wire instructions, dates of birth, or other sensitive personal information by text message. Text messaging is not a secure channel. Wire fraud is a serious risk in real estate and title transactions, and we will never send you wire instructions or a change of wire instructions by text message. Always verify any payment instruction by calling a number you already know to be ours.
14. What we never send
This program does not carry, and will never carry, any of the following:
- High-risk financial offers, loan solicitations, debt relief or debt collection on behalf of third parties, or credit repair offers.
- Lead generation for other companies, or messages promoting a business other than Crimson Services Group, LLC.
- Content relating to cannabis, controlled substances, tobacco, vaping, alcohol, firearms, gambling, or adult content.
- Cryptocurrency, investment, or get-rich-quick promotions.
- Political messaging, charitable solicitation, or third-party advertising of any kind.
- Wire instructions, changes to wire instructions, or requests for payment credentials.
- Messages containing links to any domain other than crimsonservicesgroup.com or a document portal we have told you about by another channel.
15. Your obligations
When you participate in this program you agree that you will provide accurate information, that you will not impersonate another person or provide a number you are not authorized to enroll, and that you will not use the program to transmit unlawful, abusive, harassing, or infringing content. We may suspend or terminate participation for any number used in a way that violates these terms or applicable law.
16. Accessibility
We aim to make every disclosure on this site perceivable and operable, including for users of screen readers and users who browse with scripting disabled. The opt-in controls and every required disclosure render without JavaScript. If any part of this program or this website is not accessible to you, contact us at catrena@crimsonservicesgroup.com or 615-994-9244 and we will provide the information in an alternative format.
17. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The SMS program is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crimson Services Group, LLC disclaims all warranties relating to the program, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and does not warrant that messages will be delivered, timely, error-free, or secure.
Text messages are informational and administrative. They are not legal advice, not title or escrow instructions, not a commitment to insure, not a loan approval, and not a substitute for the executed documents governing your transaction. Where a text message conflicts with a written instrument, the written instrument controls.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law, Crimson Services Group, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the SMS program, including damages arising from delayed or undelivered messages or from carrier charges applied to your account.
Nothing in this section limits any right you have under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act or other consumer protection law, and nothing here waives any claim that cannot be waived by law.
18. Governing law
These SMS Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, except where the law of your state of residence must apply. The program is operated in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and its implementing regulations, the CAN-SPAM Act where applicable, CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and the requirements of The Campaign Registry and the participating wireless carriers.
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining provisions continue in force.
19. Changes or termination of the program
We may modify or discontinue this program, in whole or in part, at any time. We may update these terms to reflect changes in our practices or in legal, carrier, or industry requirements. When we make a material change we will revise the “last updated” date above and post the revised terms here.
Material changes to the scope of messages you receive will not be applied to your existing consent without a new opt-in. If we ever wanted to send you a category of message you did not agree to, we would ask you again first.
